For businesses

Let people see the business behind the name.

Your work deserves more than a name in a list. Find your profile, verify ownership and give visitors the details they need to reach you.

Find my listing

Business profiles are free. Ownership verification is required; some claim routes still require early access.

Make the next step easy.

Explain what you do.

Keep your description, services and business details useful to someone deciding whether to contact you.

Show your own work.

Add photos and your business identity after claiming. Use images you have the right to share.

Send people to the right place.

Keep your website, contact details and hours current so visitors do not have to guess.

Beyond your profile

Find people whose work fits alongside yours.

Explore local businesses and learn how to choose referral partners, ask for introductions and assess chamber membership.

Chamber Connect accounts are not chamber memberships. Introductions are available through a limited pilot with participating chambers and require your consent.

Before you claim

Why is my business already listed?

Basic listings may come from public sources. Claiming verifies ownership so you can manage your profile. Being listed is not an endorsement or proof of chamber membership.

What if I cannot find my listing?

Start with the claim search. If there is no match, use the missing-business option offered there. A submission is reviewed; it does not immediately publish a verified profile.

Will claiming guarantee customers?

No. A clearer profile can help visitors understand and contact you, but claiming does not guarantee traffic, search placement or sales.

Can I remove a listing instead?

Yes. Use the removal option on the business profile. Removal is available without creating an account; verification may be needed to act on the request.

Start with the listing that is already yours.
