Sharon Paster is a Northern California painter creating semi-abstract images inspired by the Marin County landscapes, beaches and people. Bay Area artist Sharon Paster’s work reflects her attraction to the energy around her: the force of a pounding surf, the shifting of sand, the way objects in space talk to one another. Her colorful paintings are an effort to chronicle the passage of time by capturing this sense of continuous movement and change.
